Returns and refunds

You have 90 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund. You do not need to give a reason, and having used the machine does not affect your right to return it.

We pay the postage in both directions. There is no restocking fee and no deduction for the outbound delivery cost.

How to return something

  1. Email support@eveninglegs.com with your order number.
  2. We email you a prepaid returns label within one working day.
  3. Pack the item, attach the label, and drop it off.

Please return the pump, cuffs, hoses and any accessories that came with the order. Original packaging is helpful but not required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return reaching us, and your bank may take a further few days to show it.

Your statutory rights

Our 90-day policy sits on top of your legal rights, it does not replace them. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel a distance-sale order within 14 days of receiving it and receive a refund including standard outbound delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described; if they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

Faulty or damaged items

Email us with your order number and a photograph. If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period we replace it at our cost — you do not need to return it first unless we ask you to.

Warranty

The pump and cuffs carry a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and component failure in normal domestic use. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, or wear to the cuff liners, which are a consumable and available to buy separately.

Exceptions

Spare cuff liners cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns address is issued with your returns label. Please do not send items back before requesting one — we cannot guarantee an unannounced return is matched to your order.
