Delivery

We ship to United Kingdom addresses only. Delivery is free on every order.

Orders are dispatched from our European fulfilment centre. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is collected, usually within one working day of ordering.

Why 4–7 days and not next day

We hold stock in Europe rather than paying for UK warehousing, and that saving is part of why this costs £399 rather than what the equivalent sells for elsewhere. It does mean you wait a few days longer. If you need something the day after tomorrow, we are honestly not the right choice, and we would rather tell you that here than at checkout.

The window above excludes weekends and bank holidays. Remote postcodes in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands can take longer.

If it is late

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days, email support@eveninglegs.com and we will either resend it or refund you in full, your choice. You do not have to chase the carrier — that is our job.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost we send a replacement or refund in full, whichever you prefer. If it is returned to us because nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at no extra cost.
