Terms and conditions

This website is operated by Evening Legs. "We", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch, not when you place the order or when payment is taken. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock, or a price or description was published in error — we will tell you and refund you in full.

2. Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed. Where a price is shown alongside a higher struck-through figure, that higher figure is the price the item was previously offered at on this website.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. Buy-now-pay-later options, where offered, are provided by a third party under their own terms and their own credit checks; we are not party to that agreement.

4. Cancellation and returns

5. What this product is

Products sold on this site are wellness and comfort devices intended for general domestic use. They are not medical devices, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Speak to a doctor before use if you are pregnant, or if you have or suspect deep vein thrombosis, an active blood clot, severe peripheral arterial disease, congestive heart failure, an infection, an open wound, a skin graft, a fracture or unhealed injury in the area, a pacemaker or other implanted device, or reduced sensation in your legs from diabetes or neuropathy. Stop using the product and seek advice if it causes pain, numbness, or skin discolouration.

6. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Content on this site

We aim to keep specifications, comparisons and availability accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error. Comparisons with other brands reflect that brand's own published information at the date stated on the page, and those brands may change their terms without telling us.

8. Your account and conduct

You must be 18 or over to buy from this site. You are responsible for keeping any account details accurate and your password secure.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

10. Complaints

Email support@eveninglegs.com. We aim to respond within one working day and to resolve complaints within 14 days.
